These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, software, applications, AI tools, APIs, and services. By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

GMapsRanker AI is an AI-powered Local SEO sales and automation platform designed to help agencies and marketers acquire more clients.

Current platform features include, but are not limited to:

• Lead Finder — Search Google Maps businesses using filters including niche, city, state/region, country, search radius, ratings, and reviews.
• Prospect Mode — Smart keyword suggestions. The platform automatically scores, deduplicates, and saves prospects.
• Best Prospects — Automatically identifies businesses with high sales potential based on proprietary scoring algorithms.
• Saved Leads — Store, organize, and manage prospect lists.
• Google Business Audits — Analyze Google Business Profiles and identify optimization opportunities.
• AI Website Mockups — Generate personalized website mockups to help convert prospects into paying clients.
• Outreach — Create and manage outreach messages for prospects.
• AI Replies — Generate AI-powered responses and communication templates.
• Bookings — Manage scheduled meetings and appointments.
• CRM — Track leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Outreach Campaigns — Create, manage, and monitor outreach campaigns.
• Proposals — Generate and organize client proposals.
• Client Management — Manage active clients from one dashboard.
• Job Management — Track ongoing work and project progress.
• Playbook — Access training resources, strategies, and educational content included with the platform.
• Email System — Manage platform email communications and notifications.
• Automation — Automate repetitive workflows and AI-powered tasks.
• Billing — Manage subscriptions, invoices, and payment history.
• Account Settings — Manage profile information, preferences, security, and account configuration.

Administrative Features. Certain features are available only to authorized administrators, including user management, system configuration, email marketing, subscriber management, platform analytics, and administrative controls.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

Every new account includes a free trial allowing users to evaluate the software before subscribing.

Users are encouraged to fully test the platform before purchasing any paid plan.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• maintain account security;
• protect login credentials;
• be responsible for all activities performed using their account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments.

Certain platform actions consume credits.

Credits may be used for features including but not limited to:

• Lead searches
• AI processing
• Website mockup generation
• Business audits
• AI replies
• Outreach generation
• Future premium AI features

Credits are deducted when processing begins, regardless of the exact number of results returned. Search results may vary based on Google Maps availability, search filters, geographic coverage, business density, and third-party data limitations.

Unused credits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users may not:

• share accounts;
• abuse credit systems;
• reverse engineer the platform;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape internal data;
• upload malicious code;
• circumvent platform limits;
• violate applicable laws.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

Some platform features use Artificial Intelligence.

AI-generated content may:

• contain inaccuracies;
• require manual review;
• vary between generations.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all generated outputs before use.

GMapsRanker AI integrates with trusted third-party providers including but not limited to Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Xendit, Resend, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure and analytics providers.

Each provider maintains its own Terms and Privacy Policies.

All software, branding, prompts, workflows, algorithms, databases, code, content, designs, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of GMapsRanker AI.

A subscription grants only a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

While we strive for maximum uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or API limitations may temporarily affect availability.

Using GMapsRanker AI does not guarantee:

• client acquisition;
• increased revenue;
• Google rankings;
• Google Maps rankings;
• response rates;
• outreach success;
• closed sales.

Results depend on user strategy, market conditions, competition, and many external factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMapsRanker AI shall not be liable for:

• lost profits;
• lost revenue;
• lost opportunities;
• business interruption;
• indirect damages;
• consequential damages.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
